Annex 2 Specific Products Covered By The Early Harvest Programme Under Article 6(3)(a)(iii)
A. Brunei and Singapore shall be parties to any arrangements that have been agreed on or will be agreed to between China and any other Party pursuant to Article 6(3)(a)(iii). Brunei and Singapore shall, as soon as is practically possible after the date of signature of this Agreement, provide the HS codes and product descriptions that will correspond to the HS codes and product descriptions of those specific products that have been agreed to or that will be agreed to between China and any other Party pursuant to Article 6(3)(a)(iii).
