The second meeting of the Trade and Investment Sub-committee of the China-Thailand Joint Economic and Trade Commission was held

On the afternoon of August 24, Li Fei, Assistant Minister of Commerce, and Sinit Lertkrai, Deputy Minister of Commerce of Thailand, co-chaired the second meeting of the Trade and Investment Sub-committee of the China-Thailand Joint Economic and Trade Commission via video link. The two sides exchanged views on issues such as trade, investment, infrastructure connectivity, local cooperation, multilateral and regional economic cooperation in a practical and friendly manner, reaching a series of consensus.
 
The two sides stated that they will take the 10th anniversary of the establishment of comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Thailand as an opportunity to further enhance trade and investment cooperation, implement the RCEP agreement with high quality, promote the development of the Version 3.0 of the ASEAN Free Trade Area, expand cooperation in digital economy, green development and other areas, keep regional industrial and supply chains stable and unimpeded, and promote regional prosperity and development.
