ACFTA Business Partner Initiative

 “ACFTA Business Partner Initiative” is intended to jointly build China - ASEAN regional single window platform based on cloud service with relevant institutions and enterprises, especially some large enterprises that developing in cross-border e-commerce, and to build China - ASEAN Trade and investment services network by means of "only one platform, only submitting single time and only one standard" to insure the convenience of commodity circulation, in order to help companies reduce business costs and improve international competitiveness. The Partner Program is in line with the trend of regional trade facilitation and development of cross-border e-commerce. 
It is great significance for us to construction of radiation center for South Asia and South-East Asia, and it for will play a major role in promoting the development of open economy.
